Gottman 7 Principles Couples Retreat
Created by “the Einstein of Love” (Psychology Today), The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work is a fun and uplifting one-day workshop grounded in what actually works in relationships that are happy and stable.
This is a couples retreat with Q&A throughout the session, as well as private support around how to best use the tools during each exercise time; couples are not asked to share any private information. Each couple will receive a physical box set of workshop materials to further their learning by use of tangible materials. See for yourself why millions of couples worldwide have benefited from the Gottman Method!
The workshop will provide valuable insights around what makes relationships thrive and what makes them struggle, and what you can do about it. We will work together to strengthen the friendship at the heart of your relationship, give you tools for conflict management, and help you to deepen your sense of shared meaning. The bulk of our time together will be spent on each couple applying the tools we teach versus listening to us present.
If your relationship is strong, this class will provide you with tools and insights to make your relationship even better. If your relationship is currently in a rough patch, this class can provide a road map for improvement. Please note that this class is not for highly-distressed couples.
